What Vettly connects to
DVLA and DVSA vehicle records, a licensed data supplier and Stripe for payments, plus the ways you can run a check. This page lists only what works today.

Where every check comes from.

- DVSA safety recallsFrom DVSA records
Whether the manufacturer has a recall on the vehicle that has not been done.

Every payment goes through Stripe Checkout: cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see your full card details.

Plainly
What we do not connect to
So you know exactly what happens with a check, and what does not.
No public API or webhooks
Vettly does not offer an API for other businesses or developers today. The only API is the one our own browser extension uses, and it is not offered to anyone else.
Your details stay with us
Our data suppliers receive the registration being checked, never your name, email or anything else about you.
We never post adverts for you
The seller pack and Vettly Trade write adverts for you to paste into the listing sites you choose. Nothing is sent to those sites from Vettly.
